- You are entitled to phone, fax or e-mail the Help desk as many times as you like for assistance between 9am – 6pm Eastern Monday to Friday.
- You will receive high speed vendor pricing updates to your FrameReady program ( broadband internet access required).
- You will receive notification of any major upgrades, keeping the software up-to-date and competitive. If you are on the Maintenance Plan, you will receive these upgrades automatically.
- You may also receive several minor software revisions throughout the year, if they are released.
- You will gain free access to the members only section of the FrameReady website where there are additional technical support items, FAQ’s, flash tutorials.
If there are components to the software you don’t know how to use or if you are a new user of the software, then our member section on the web can help you greatly. We want you to be able to utilize our software to its fullest capacity, this way your business will benefit greatly and our product will be able to work better for you.
