Drop-down Menus on a Work Order
The items and prices used in Work Order are pulled from the Price Codes file. You should understand the relationship between these two files.
Relationship between Price Codes and Work Orders

In order for an item to be automatically priced when entered on a Work Order, the item must first be added to your Price Codes.

Moulding, matboard, and fabric items from available suppliers are pre-installed in your FrameReady software along with standard entries in the other groups: Mat Design, Mounting, Hardware, Extra, Fitting, Glass and Multi-Angle.

Items in the drop-down list on the Work Order are the same as the items in the bars on the left side of the Price Codes.
