Trade Show Classes:

Carol Graham is the Manager of SoftTouch Solutions Inc., developers of FrameReady retail management software. An accredited trainer, she has been educating framing professionals throughout North America for the past 7 years on how to manage their businesses through FrameReady software. She is involved in software development and interactive design, and provides assistance to frame shops and galleries in setting up their pricing systems.

Another option for training is to book a personalized presentation at the offices of SoftTouch Solutions Inc. We are located in the picturesque Victorian town of Petrolia, Ontario, Canada, "The cradle that rocked the Oil Industry". Half Day Tutorial $200 US / $200 CDN, Full Day Tutorial $350US / $350CDN.
On-Site Training:
You can chose for us to do on-site training. One of our staff comes to your location to help you implement FrameReady and train your staff. $600/day plus Travel & Accommodation.
Over-the-phone Training:
Learning FrameReady during the first three months of implementation after purchasing is free-of-charge on our toll-free line. We recommend that you book a one hour time slot appointment so that we can serve you better. After the first year, you may chose to book a tele-tutorial class $50 US / $50 CDN.
