This program has the identical capacities as FrameReady with the added feature that the files are centralized in one location and accessed remotely from the other locations.
All sales and financial reports are kept separate for each location or can be reported on as a whole. Materials list is consolidated into a single order for all sites. Vendor pricing updates and toll free tech support are available with an active subscription.
When networking FrameReady on more than three computers, it is highly recommended that you use FileMaker Server.
FileMaker Server greatly improves the network performance, reliability and security of your FrameReady program.
It also allows remote access to your FrameReady software over the internet via Remote Desktop (PC), Apple Remote (Mac) or via a Virtual Private Network (required to network multiple store locations over the internet).

Items can be set up to be priced by a variety of different units. For example, moulding can be sold by length, chop, or join. Matboard can be sold by the box, or by the sheet or cut to size. Same with glass. Hardware can be sold in a variety of price breaks. Customers can be given different discounts for different group. For example, wood moulding can be given a different discount than metal. Or, you can set up customers to receive "preferred" pricing as opposed to "regular" pricing.
